This bag was originally made to be a covert medical bag but we found it to have 1000 other uses only limited by your imagination.

Made to hold 4 small or 2 large mesh pockets (or two small and 1 large). (NOT INCLUDED).

Elastic loops inside to hold chem light you can illuminate inside the bag like out vehicle med bags.

long flat sleeve pocket inside on face and back to hold flat items like chest seals, sam splints, etc.

entire inside front and back wall are covered in 6" wide x 13" long loop velcro 

both sides have loop velcro inside pack

entire face is a billowed pocket with velcro patch to attach our optional tool mag organizer or pistol cards.
